Due to delays related to demand and COVID-19, Wild Orchids Salon web-orders may experience delays.


Wild Orchids Salon processes your order within 24 hours of receipt during regular business hours (Monday – Friday) We offer USPS United States Postal Service (USPS Priority Mail)


USPS Priority mail offers shipping in 1-3 business days (Monday – Friday – Excluding holidays) as a standard option on most of our merchandise orders. Standard business day shipping is FREE on orders $75 and over (excluding taxes) – no promotion code needed. See below for more details on restricted items and specific shipping situations.


Gift Cards may be shipped separately from merchandise orders with USPS First Class Mail for FREE and arrive in 3-5 business days.  Please note shipping cutoff times and estimated delivery in checkout

 

Hawaii & Alaska

For shipments to Hawaii and Alaska, we offer USPS (Priority) standard shipping. Shipping is FREE for orders over $75. We are unable to ship restricted items to Hawaii, or Alaska.

Puerto Rico

We ship to Puerto Rico via USPS 1-3 business day standard shipping. We are unable to ship restricted items to Puerto Rico. 

P.O. Box

If you are shipping to a U.S. P.O. Box, we offer USPS Priority standard shipping. Shipping is FREE for orders $75.If your shipment contains restricted items, you must use USPS Ground (Parcel Post) and may experience longer than usualstandard transit times.  

APO/FPO/DPO Military Addresses

Standard shipping to APO, FPO, and DPO addresses is via USPS Priority. Due to military handling time, delivery to some destinations be delayedup to 21 days. Shipping is FREE on orders $75and over. We are unable to ship restricted items to APO, FPO, DPO Military addresses.


Restricted Hazardous Items

Certain items, including aerosols and alcohol-based products (e.g. pressurized spray cans, hairspray, corrosive materials, etc.) are restricted from air-transport due to U.S. Department of Transportation regulations and must be shipping by ground shipping only and will potentially take additional time to arrive. We are not able to offer expedited shipping or shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico on orders with restricted items.

 

 

WildOrchidsSalon.com Returns by Mail

Include the Wild Orchids Salon original packing slip or receipt with your items.

Include the product in it's original packaging.
If you choose to mail your return to us, we ask that you cover the return shipping charges. We are unable to accept CODs for returned merchandise.

If you return a product within 30 days of receipt of your package, you will receive your refund in the form to your original payment method.

Return all products to Wild Orchids Salon by ground-only shipping only. Certain items in your order may be considered Hazardous Materials. Hazardous Materials include: aerosol items, some alcohol-based items, items that contain contents under pressure (e.g., hairspray and items containing flammable, volatile or corrosive chemicals). The U.S. Department of Transportation (USDOT) requires ground-only shipment of Hazardous Materials due to air shipment restrictions and regulations.

We also recommend that you use a traceable ground shipping method (e.g. UPS or the U.S. Postal Service insured mail), so you can track your shipment back to us for a safe, secure return.
