Covid-19 Temporary Etiquette

Wild Orchids Salon Etiquette

UPDATE 5/9/2018

We’ve missed you and cannot wait to see you again! However, as we prepare to open in the safest way possible, we are taking temporary measures while we  follow State Guidance in order to protect you, others and our staff.

We will be staggering the return of our staff and providing extended leave of absence for those who may be vulnerable. We are extending our hours, changing the stylists availability in order to practice social distancing and accommodate as many appointments as possible.

Due to the extended nature of contact during services, we will be wearing a mask and require that you bring and wear a mask during your service.  We will wash our hands before touching you and sanitize our stations between each guest.

If you are feeling ill - please reschedule your service.

Please wait outside or in your car until your stylist comes out to get you. If they are running late, your stylist will make every attempt to call you and let you know.

Do not bring guests, children or pets to your appointment - if you have a CNA or home health aide, after assisting you, they may be asked to wait in your car during your service.

Our changing rooms will be closed. We will put a cape on you, but not a gown. Please do not wear anything that could be “ruined” if color gets on it.

If possible, please bring cash or check for your service & gratuity. We may not be able to offer cash back on your debit card, should you choose to use one.
